First LEGO League Explorer - Moon Legends
FIRST®LEGO® League Explorer is a hands-on program designed to capture young children’s curiosity and direct it toward discovering how science and technology impact the world around them. Our team, Moon Legends, is directed by Coach Keisha Contee.

It is never too early to discover STEM!
FIRST® LEGO® League Explorer was developed to introduce young children to STEM and engineering topics by the colorful Lego bricks many already know. The program aims to instill an interest in STEM in children ages 6 – 10.
Get a Head-start on Building your Skills
This program features a real-world challenge, to be explored through research, critical thinking and imagination. Members will:
- Develop skills in Teamwork
- Explore real-world scientific concepts
- Participate in research, collaboration, construction, and imagination
- Build a moving model of LEGO bricks
